Everyone will be given login details to access their account and schedule meetings at their preferred time-slots without having to contact the other participants to check their availability. The meeting scheduler will open on April 17, 2023, 12:00 PM, Hong Kong Time for delegates to update their profile & company details. And all the registered delegates will be able to book their meetings with their esteemed partners starting April 19, 2023, 12:00 PM, Hong Kong Time.
