Cold Chain Connect’s 3 rd Annual Partnership Meeting is a resounding success! We successfully hosted this year’s event with Life Logistics Network and Global Aircargo Alliance with over 270 delegates from different territories worldwide.

The event was so much more than just establishing valuable business connections —it was a celebration of camaraderie and the birth of lifelong friendships. It was an unforgettable occasion, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees!

With great enthusiasm, we launched our #CCCinSaigon Conference in the most thrilling way possible—a fellowship golf game with our esteemed partners, Life Logistics Network and Global Aircargo Alliance, on the sunny morning of May 14th.

After an exhilarating round of swings and putts, it was Antonio Duran from Smart Logistics in Spain who emerged as the triumphant champion, leaving us in awe of his exceptional skills. Bravo, Antonio!

Gathered in stylish white casual attire, our delegates came together for a splendid welcome cocktail gathering at the Reverie Saigon Poolside. The atmosphere was filled with joy and anticipation as we reunited with our esteemed freight partners, reigniting cherished relationships and creating new connections.

After a night full of cocktail and fun, we swiftly transitioned back to business mode as we officially commenced the conference on May 15th . Melvin Xavier, Director & Co-Founder of CCC, took the stage to present a comprehensive overview of the network's advancements and notable milestones. Among the highlights was the astounding growth of our group, skyrocketing from 42 members during the previous Kick-Off Meeting in 2019 to an impressive 100 members to date.

It was then followed by Newbie Open Mic with new CCC members coming up on stage to introduce themselves and their companies.

The conference continued to captivate attendees with compelling keynote speech. Mark Millar, a renowned supply chain speaker, delivered an engaging presentation entitled "Is this the end of globalization?"—providing invaluable industry insights to the attentive delegates. This was followed by a presentation by Sayed Harris, the Global Products & Commercial Dev't Manager – FRESH of Emirates Skycargo, who shared their cutting-edge services and logistics solutions.

Our esteemed Diamond Sponsor, Mr. Mike Jauregui from Share Logistics (Spain), also took center stage to showcase their company and the remarkable services they offer, leaving a lasting impression on the attentive audience.

In the afternoon, the delegates eagerly convened for the first round of face-to-face meetings, fostering meaningful connections and paving the way for fruitful collaborations.

The conference was off to an impressive start, combining business acumen, industry expertise, and networking opportunities to shape a truly remarkable event.

Aside from our signature social events, it is the face-to-face meetings that truly steal the spotlight at the CCC Annual Partnership Meeting.

With more than 270 freight forwarders from across the globe in attendance, the event became a bustling hub of connection and exploration, brimming with opportunities for fruitful collaboration. It was an incredibly rewarding and productive day, leaving participants inspired by the potential for growth and partnerships that lay before them.

On our conference day 3, we capped off the whole day face-to-face meetings with a vibrant sunset cocktail party at Chill Skybar. There, our delegates let loose, danced with joy, and reveled in the night's festivities!

We’ve also given away loyalty awards to our members who have been in the network for 5 years, and awarded our golf game winner and best partners in every region during the night.

The evening was a perfect blend of celebration, connection-building, and pure elation.

During the conference, we also took the opportunity to honor our freight partners who have been in the network for 3-5 years.
